Bye Bye Cambridge, See You Soon!!!!

Today has been our last day in the library...so in this way we are happy:P
But I will miss Cambridge, I think I will return soon, because is a great city to come with friends: it is no big enough, it has a lot of interesting monuments (colleges, chruchs...), it many big and green parks!!! I love it!

                                             

The most interesting thing we have done today it has been a barbacue in a new big and green park!!
The barbacue was done at night, after doing it, we played funny ga,es: 'cortar el hilo', 'la muralla china', 'pim, pam pum'...I laughed a lot!!!
                                          



                                            

We finished our barbacue at ten to eleven, so we went home.
Tomorrow we will take the plane to Spain, in a way I'm crazy for return and see my family and friends!! But I would like to return soon! So I'll try to:)

Last days...

Today is our last day of library and work, so this is my last entry in this blog about Cambridge!
Thursday!!!
After doing our homework in the library, we had free time to have lunch and have a walk, then, we came back home to do the book club (our last book club here). Besides, when we finished our session of book club we told the jokes which we had looked for in the library. Also, we watched some amusing videos in English.
                                               
At night we watched a film: shrek III. It was a funny film, and easy to understand, so we had a good time with popcorns, but we were sleepy.

Interviews!!!

Today we have done several interviews...
After doing our homework in the library and having lunch, we went to Parker's Piece to do some questions to one of the Cambridge College students. His name was Jack, he is studying at Churchill College and he was Claudia's student last year.
                                                       

But the interviews didn't finish here, then, we went to King's College door to do more questions to the people who were there about the Olympics.
      WHAT DO YOU THINK ABOUT THE OLYMPICS?    

When we finished, we had free time and then we came back home.
At night, after dinner, we edited our videos and I finished my section of the scrapbook.

Ghosts Night!

Today, after having done our homework in the library and we having had lunch, we played a game called 'Treasure Hunt'. It consisted of looking around Cambridge center for all the places our teachers said to us, and there we have had to do a challenge, besides we have had to take a photo to show we were there. It was amusing and I enjoyed the experience, because in this way we have had to talk with English people to ask them for a lot of things to be able to do the challenges.
                                                   
In the afternoon we had some free time, but we decided to go home to study our ghost's stories to tell our parterns at night.
When the night arrived, we painted our faces in white and red....
                                 
We went to Cambridge center frightening people!!! Poor Chinese people...

                                                                      

We enjoyed this activity a lot!!!

The last Monday...

Today after having done our homework in the library we went to practise cricket with 'experts' of this sport.We did it in another big and green park, I'm awful at it.

                                             

In the afternoon we went to the supermarket to do the shopping, we exceeded the budget, but only a bit.
                                        

When we arrived home the cooking team began to make dinner (spaghetti...mmmmm^^ ).Then, when we finished dinner, we continued with our scrapbook, I like doing it, it's funny!:) The section I'm doing is the one about food.

Lovely Weekend!

Thursday...
On Thursday after having done our homework in the library we went to the river area to do an interview to the narrow boats owners. Carlos and I interviewed an English couple who was very nice!

                          
They seemed to be very happy with their life:)
In the afternoon we went home to do our book club, where everybody has to tell what his/her book  is about.
We did it in our courtyard.
                                    

Friday...
This day we went to London, it was a great trip, I was looking forward to going there!
In London we visited : Big Ben, London Eye, the Tower Bridge,the London Bridge, Hyde Park, St Pauls Cathedral, Camden , Oxford Street...
                              


                            


      
I liked London a lot, but it was a mess, because there were a lot of people.

Saturday...
It was our day off, so we used it to rest....But we went to the Grand Arcade to have a walk and do some shopping and to have lunch!
                                    

 Sunday....Come on, Granchester is waiting for us!!
On Sunday we did a tour by bike to Granchester, through the country, it was a beautiful experience!
                                                                 
It has been our weekend, I enjoyed it a lot!!!
